Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Hygienic products where the seal has been broken after delivery (e.g. drink bottles)

  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature, including damaged or used items

Conditions for Returns

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Be sent back with appropriate care

The customer is responsible for ensuring the return shipment is packaged securely.

If the withdrawal is valid, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The direct cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  • If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned products and confirmed they are in good condition, we will refund the purchase price, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. You will receive return instructions from us

  3. Carefully package the products and return them to the provided return address

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
