Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship orders using Bpost, PostNL, or DHL, depending on the destination and carrier availability.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Belgium: 1–3 business days

The Netherlands: 2–5 business days

Other EU countries: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, public holidays, strikes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Shipping Costs

Belgium: €4.95 (free shipping on orders over €50)

The Netherlands: €6.95 (free shipping on orders over €70)

Other EU countries: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order size.
All applicable shipping fees are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if a package is not collected from a pickup point, any additional shipping or reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
McXinetje-McXine is not liable for loss or damage occurring during shipping once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, or if a package appears to be lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date so we can investigate the issue and, where possible, file a claim with the shipping carrier and work toward a suitable solution.
